Cheap people don’t see value for quality work and professionalism, they see the bottom line. That’s why there’s so many unlicensed, uninsured, unqualified workers posing as legit “contractors”, hence people getting substandard work. As a G.C. I developed a series of pre-screening questions that included the potential customer provide me with at least three service businesses they have current / recent working relationships with, I.e. Lawn Maintenance / Landscaper , Carpenter, Plumber, Electrician, Auto Mechanic, Painter, Insurance Agent, Past G.C., etc. More often than not, the ones who immediately took issue with that request, or said they’d get the information to me later, rarely ever did. Within 1-1/2 to 2 years, my business really took off, I eliminated most of the wasted time on estimates that I’d never get the contract on (mainly due to higher cost), also including the low price tire kickers and in 5-6 years office calls came from 90% direct referrals, with zero advertising and only following leads from favorable past / current customers. If you’re young and starting out, remember that it’s your business to build and you make the decisions to operate how you want to, so focus on what makes you different, instead of matching / beating the price of the “competition”.

Pressure washing a home or what you call washing a home it's not cleaning a home when you use bleach all you're doing is discoloring the dirt there's no way you have pressure washed or even cleaned that home that's in the picture 2 months from now all the mold will start turning dark again because you used bleach bleach is not a substitute for spraying off the home and removing dirt and soil and grime

Can you put the bleach and water mixture inside of the soap dispenser of the pressure washer? Or will it ruin the pipes/connections?

Just got my first gas pressure washer to start servicing customers. After setting it up and following all the steps it won't fire up. I was going to check the spark plug since the filter looks fine, there's plenty of oil & gas in it. However the spark plug is stuck and I can't get it out. Any advice? Cheers.
